Welcome to fragmarket.org (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Platform is operated by SYNVEX LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 17048214, with its registered office at 5 Kew Road, London, United Kingdom, TW9 2PR.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCEPTANCE

· Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence.

· Users must have the legal ability to enter into binding agreements.

· Any information submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

· If you act on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to legally bind that entity.

· Access to certain services may be limited or unavailable depending on your jurisdiction or applicable legal restrictions.

 

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

· The Platform functions as an online marketplace for digital goods, including virtual items, gaming skins, and related content.

· Delivery of purchased items is carried out via Steam trade offers or comparable systems.

· We do not own, create, modify, or control any of the virtual items or intellectual property referenced.

· All rights to games, trademarks, and digital content remain with their respective owners.

· Our role is limited to facilitating transactions between users and ensuring delivery mechanisms.

 

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

· Certain Platform features require registration and may involve identity verification procedures (KYC).

· Users must ensure that all account information remains accurate and current.

· You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

· We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases of violations, fraud, or misuse.

· Additional verification steps may be required before processing withdrawals or sensitive actions.

 

4. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND TRANSACTIONS

· By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed, including any applicable taxes or fees.

· The Company does not store or hold payment funds directly.

· The use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods is strictly prohibited.

· We may refuse, suspend, cancel, or reverse transactions in cases of suspected fraud, technical issues, or regulatory concerns.

· Processing times depend on financial institutions and are outside our control.

· Transactions involving Visa or Mastercard are governed by their respective rules; their logos do not imply endorsement or partnership.

 

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ITEMS

· Purchased items are delivered to the user’s designated account (e.g., Steam).

· Users must provide valid trade links and ensure their account meets all requirements (such as no restrictions or trade bans).

· Delivery is typically completed within 7 days but may take up to 14 days in exceptional cases.

· If delivery is not completed as expected, users may request assistance, a replacement, or a refund.

· We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect user data, account restrictions, or third-party limitations.

 

6. SELLING ITEMS AND PAYOUT CONDITIONS

· Users listing items for sale must provide accurate descriptions and complete the transfer when a sale occurs.

· Items remain in the seller’s possession until successfully sold.

· Failure to complete a transaction may result in account limitations.

· A service fee (e.g., commission) may be applied to completed sales.

Payout Requirements

To receive payouts, users must:

· Meet legal age requirements

· Complete identity verification (KYC)

· Use supported withdrawal methods

· Reside in a jurisdiction where payouts are permitted

Payout Limits

· Minimum payout: €10

· Maximum payout: €5,000 per transaction

Processing

· Payouts are generally processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

· Final receipt of funds depends on banks or payment providers.

Restrictions and Reversals

Payouts may be delayed, rejected, or reversed due to:

· Fraud suspicion

7. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS

· Digital goods that have been delivered and accepted are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

· Orders may only be canceled prior to payment completion.

· Refund requests for undelivered or invalid items must be submitted within 30 days.

· Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within approximately 14 days.

· Abuse of refund policies or fraudulent claims may result in denial.

 

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

· Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion

· Provide false or misleading information

· Interfere with or attempt to compromise the Platform’s systems or security

· Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization

· Bypass geographic or transactional restrictions

· Resell or redistribute items without permission

Violations may lead to account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

· All Platform materials, including text, graphics, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors.

· We do not claim affiliation with game developers or publishers (including Valve Corporation).

· All third-party trademarks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

· Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

 

10. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

· Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

· Data may be used for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance checks, and transaction processing.

· SYNVEX LTD acts as the data controller under applicable UK GDPR regulations.

· Data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for operational and compliance purposes.

 

11. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

· The Platform implements anti-money laundering (AML), KYC procedures, and transaction monitoring.

· Failure to comply may result in service restrictions, delays, or account suspension.

 

12. TRANSACTION HISTORY

· Users can access detailed records of their transactions and payouts through their account dashboard.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

· Liability is not excluded where it cannot legally be limited, including fraud or intentional misconduct.

· We are not responsible for failures or restrictions imposed by third-party services such as Steam.

 

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

· Violation of these Terms

· Fraudulent or abusive activity

· Legal or regulatory breaches

· Improper use of the Platform

 

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

· We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

· Updated versions will be published on the Platform.

· Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

· Material changes will be communicated in advance where required.

 

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

· These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

· Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

· Payment-related disputes are also governed by the rules of the relevant payment providers.
